Ball Street is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable experience to all users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which users may be eligible for refunds and the conditions of cancellation.
1. No Refund on Contest Entry Fees
- Once a user joins a paid contest and the payment is successfully processed:
- Entry fees are non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned below.
- Users are advised to carefully review the contest rules and prize structure before joining any contest.
2. Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Technical errors during payment or contest entry (e.g., double deduction, payment success but contest not joined).
- Cancelled contests due to technical issues, match abandonment, or backend failure.
- Withdrawal failures, where the transaction failed but the amount was deducted.
To claim a refund, users must:
- Submit a request to support@ballstreet.club within 72 hours of the incident.
- Provide details including transaction ID, screenshot, and brief description of the issue.
- Allow 5–7 business days for resolution after internal investigation.
3. Wallet Deposits & Bonus Cash
- Amount deposited into the Ball Street wallet is non-refundable.
- Wallet money can be used only to join contests on the platform.
- Bonus cash or promotional credits are:
- Non-transferable
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Subject to usage restrictions as per promotional terms
4. Withdrawal Reversals
In case of failed or reversed withdrawals due to:
- Incorrect UPI/bank details provided by the user
- Rejected transactions by the bank
- Any suspicious or fraudulent activity
The amount will be reversed to the Ball Street wallet. It will not be credited to the original payment method.
5. Fraudulent or Malicious Activity
Ball Street maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts flagged for manipulation, multi-accounting, or policy violations
- Any activity violating our Terms of Use or Fair Play Policy
Such accounts may be permanently banned and wallet balances forfeited.
