By downloading or using the Ball Street app, you agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions. Do not use the app if you do not agree.

2. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

• Only users 18 years or older may use this platform.
• The app is not available in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, or other banned regions.
• We may restrict access using IP or declared location.

3. Game of Skill Declaration

Ball Street hosts games of skill, in line with Indian law. Success depends on knowledge, judgment, and strategy, not luck. Supported by Supreme Court judgments on games of skill.

4. Account Registration

• Provide accurate personal and banking info.
• Keep login credentials safe.
• Identity may be verified anytime.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• UPI, Net Banking, Cards & Wallets accepted.
• KYC is mandatory for withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹50. Processing time: Up to 7 business days.
• Processing fee & TDS may apply.

6. Contest Rules

• Rules, fees, prizes will be clearly displayed.
• Third-party data issues (e.g., live stats) are not our liability.
• No refund after contest entry.

7. Fair Play & Responsible Gaming

• Multi-accounting, bots, fraud = permanent ban.
• Self-exclusion tools available under settings or via support.

8. Taxes

• TDS will be applied on winnings above ₹10,000.
• We issue Form 16A as required.
• Users are responsible for tax filings.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

• Breach = account suspension or ban.
• Contests may be cancelled if legal/technical issue arises.
• Winnings may be forfeited for violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ball Street is not liable for:

• Technical/server issues.
• Payment gateway delays.
• User mistakes or external services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian Law. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. KYC Compliance

• Users must provide valid PAN, Aadhaar, bank info.
• False documents = ban.
• Withdrawals may be paused pending verification.

14. Wallet Usage

• Platform has: Deposit Wallet, Winnings Wallet.
• Bonus cash can’t be withdrawn.
• Wallet balances are non-refundable.

15. Referral Program

• Abuse = disqualification.
• Referral rewards are in-app credits unless mentioned otherwise.

16. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use VPN to access from banned states.
• Use bots or automation.
• Exploit app bugs.
• Harass or abuse users.

17. Data Privacy

• Your data is protected under Indian IT Act.
• We don’t sell your data.
• Refer to full Privacy Policy.

18. Disputes & Arbitration
